1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase, access, and use of the SurViber Membership, an online membership program provided by SciSavage Ltd (“we,” “us,” “our”).

By purchasing or accessing the SurViber Membership, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not purchase or use the Membership.

2. Membership Platform & Third-Party Services

SurViber Memberships are delivered and managed using Bold Memberships, a third-party subscription platform integrated with Shopify (“Bold”).

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

• Membership billing, access control, and subscription management rely on Bold’s systems.
  
• Bold operates independently from SciSavage.
  
• You are also subject to Bold Commerce’s Terms of Service, available at: https://boldcommerce.com/terms-of-service
  

SciSavage is not responsible for platform outages, system limitations, or changes made by Bold or Shopify.

3. Billing, Payments & Renewals

3.1 Recurring Billing

Membership fees are charged on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan).

• Roots Membership: $5.00 Monthly until cancelled. Or £50.00 yearly until cancelled.
• Branches Membership: $15.00 Monthly until cancelled. Or £150.00 yearly until cancelled.
• Canopy Membership: $100.00 Monthly for 12 months. To continue the membership, this needs to be renewed by the customer after 12 months.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe through Bold Memberships. SciSavage Ltd does not store your full payment details.

By purchasing a Membership, you authorise automatic recurring charges until your Membership is cancelled in accordance with these Terms.

3.2 Failed Payments
If a payment fails:

• Access to Membership content may be temporarily suspended.
• Bold may attempt to reprocess payment.
• If payment issues remain unresolved, SciSavage reserves the right to cancel the Membership.
  

4. Pricing Changes & 30-Day Grace Period

SciSavage reserves the right to change Membership pricing at any time.

If prices change:

• Existing Members will receive at least thirty (30) days’ notice before new pricing applies.

During this period, Members may:

• Accept the updated pricing, or
• Cancel their Membership before the change takes effect
• Continued use of the Membership after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
• This complies with UK consumer transparency requirements.

5. Membership Changes, Cancellations & Plan Management

5.1 Important Notice on Cancellations
Due to current Bold Memberships platform limitations, Members cannot self-cancel via an online dashboard.

There is no built-in cancellation button provided by Bold.

5.2 How to Cancel Your Membership
To cancel your SurViber Membership, you must email: 📩 info@scientificallysavage.com

Please include:

• Your full name
• The email address used for your Membership
• A clear request to cancel
  

Cancellations are processed manually by SciSavage through Shopify and Bold admin systems.

5.3 Changing or Upgrading Your Subscription
To change, upgrade, or downgrade your Membership plan, please email: 📩 info@scientificallysavage.com

Plan changes are subject to availability, billing cycle timing, and Bold platform constraints. Changes typically take effect at the next billing period unless otherwise agreed.

5.4 Cancellation Timing & Refunds

• Membership access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
  
• No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by UK consumer law.
  

6. Membership Access, Security & Acceptable Use

6.1 Access Rights
Membership access is:

• Personal
• Non-transferable
• Revocable at our discretion
  

Sharing login credentials or distributing paid content is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Account Security
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. SciSavage reserves the right to suspend or terminate access where misuse, fraud, or unauthorised sharing is suspected.

7. Free Trial & Subscription Terms

By signing up for the One-Month Free Trial Membership, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

7.1 Free Trial Period
Your membership begins with a one (1) month free trial starting on the date of registration. During this period, you will have full access to all membership features at no charge.

7.2 Automatic Billing After Trial
At the end of the free trial period, your membership will automatically convert to a paid subscription, and you authorize Scientifically Savage to charge the payment method provided for the applicable monthly membership fee, plus any applicable taxes, on a recurring basis unless cancelled.

7.3 Cancellation Policy

To avoid being charged, you must cancel your membership before the end of the free trial period by emailing info@scientificallysavage.com with your cancellation request.

Cancellations received after the trial ends will take effect for the following billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for charges already processed.

7.4 No Refunds
All payments made after the free trial period are non-refundable, including partial months, unused time, or accidental failure to cancel.

7.5 Payment Authorization & Fraud Prevention
By providing your payment details, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method
• The information provided is accurate and complete
• You consent to recurring charges according to the membership plan
  

Any chargebacks, false claims, or fraudulent disputes will result in immediate account termination and may be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7.6 Membership Modifications
Scientifically Savage reserves the right to change pricing, benefits, or terms with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the membership after such changes constitutes acceptance.

7.7 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your membership.

8. Content, Education & No Guarantee of Outcomes

SurViber Membership content is provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

While content may draw on scientific research and professional experience:

• No guarantees are made regarding outcomes, results, wellbeing improvements, professional success, or personal transformation.
  
• Individual results vary.
  

Nothing in the Membership constitutes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where needed.

9. Canopy Membership – Additional Benefit

Members enrolled in the Canopy Membership tier receive an exclusive benefit:

• One (1) 1-to-1 “Professional Best Friend” session with Sorin
  
• A unique discount code will be shared with Canopy Members only
  

The discount code:

• Is valid for the month it is issued
• Must be used at checkout
• Is non-transferable and has no cash value
• If you do not claim your session, this cannot be used in another month, an therefore the session will be lost.

SciSavage reserves the right to modify or withdraw this benefit with reasonable notice.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within the Membership is owned by SciSavage or its licensors and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Membership content without written permission.

11. Force Majeure

SciSavage is not liable for delays, interruptions, or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Platform or hosting outages (Shopify, Bold, Stripe)
• Internet or infrastructure failures
• Natural disasters, pandemics, or public health emergencies
• Government actions, strikes, war, or civil unrest
• Serious illness or incapacity of key personnel
  

12. Privacy, Data Protection & GDPR

By using the Membership, you consent to data processing in compliance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection laws.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• SciSavage Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
  
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the Membership during the preceding 12 months.
  

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UK courts.
