Hair Oil Refund Policy
1. Unclaimed Orders:
- If your order is returned because custom charges were not paid, no refund will be issued. This is due to the fact that the parcel cannot be resold.
- If your order is returned because the parcel was not claimed, no refund will be issued for the same reason. This is due to the fact that the parcel cannot be resold.
2. Returned Parcels:
- If your parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we will contact you via email to arrange for it to be resent to the correct address. Please note that you will be asked to pay the cost of the postage.
- Under these circumstances, no refund will be issued due to the fact that the parcel cannot be resold.
- If we do not receive a response within a specified timeframe, your order will be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.
3. Responsible Parties:
- If an issue arises with your order due to the local delivery service, we cannot be held responsible for their performance. However, we will investigate the matter with the courier and take appropriate action as necessary.
- We encourage customers to ensure accurate delivery details and timely parcel claims to avoid these issues.
Digital Products and Booked Appointments
Please note that all sales are final for digital products and booked appointments. These items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or canceled once purchased or scheduled.

SurViber Membership
Membership Changes, Cancellations & Plan Management
1. Important Notice on Cancellations
Due to current Bold Memberships platform limitations, Members cannot self-cancel via an online dashboard.
There is no built-in cancellation button provided by Bold.
2. How to Cancel Your Membership
To cancel your SurViber Membership, you must email: 📩 info@scientificallysavage.com
Please include:
- Your full name
- The email address used for your Membership
- A clear request to cancel
Cancellations are processed manually by SciSavage through Shopify and Bold admin systems.
3. Changing or Upgrading Your Subscription
To change, upgrade, or downgrade your Membership plan, please email: 📩 info@scientificallysavage.com
Plan changes are subject to availability, billing cycle timing, and Bold platform constraints. Changes typically take effect at the next billing period unless otherwise agreed.
4. Cancellation Timing & Refunds
- Membership access continues until the end of the current paid billing period.
- No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, except where required by UK consumer law.
