1. OVERVIEW
This website is operated by SciSavage Ltd trading as Scientifically Savage (“Scientifically Savage”, “SciSavage”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SciSavage Ltd.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us — including physical products, digital products, subscription services, memberships, or booked appointments — you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), including additional policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you must not access the website or use any Services.
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform allowing us to sell products and Services to you.
2. ELIGIBILITY & ACCEPTANCE
By using this site, you confirm
- You are at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction
- You have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Any information provided by you is accurate and complete
3. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
We provide:
- Physical products (including hair oils and handmade goods)
- Digital products (downloads, courses, educational materials)
- SurViber Membership (subscription-based service)
- Professional Best Friend sessions (booked consultations)
All purchases are subject to our:
Digital products, Membership fees, and booked sessions are non-refundable except where required under applicable consumer law.
We reserve the right to limit sales by region, person, or quantity.
4. SUBSCRIPTIONS & MEMBERSHIPS
Certain Services, including SurViber Membership, are billed on a recurring basis.
By subscribing, you authorise automatic recurring charges using your selected payment method until cancellation.
IMPORTANT – CANCELLATION PROCESS
Customers cannot self-cancel subscriptions via an online dashboard.
To cancel any subscription, you must email:

Your cancellation email must include:
- Full name
- Email used for subscription
- Clear request to cancel
SurViber Memberships are delivered and managed using Bold Memberships, a third-party subscription platform integrated with Shopify (“Bold”).
By enrolling, you acknowledge that:
- Membership billing, access control, and subscription management rely on Bold’s systems.
- Bold operates independently from SciSavage.
- You are also subject to Bold Commerce’s Terms of Service, available at: https://boldcommerce.com/terms-of-service
SciSavage is not responsible for platform outages, system limitations, or changes made by Bold or Shopify.
Access continues until the end of the paid billing period.
No partial refunds are provided unless required by law.

5. BILLING & ACCOUNT ACCURACY
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.
We may limit quantities per person, household, account, billing address, or payment method.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information and to update your details promptly.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in suspension or cancellation.
6. PRICING & MODIFICATIONS
Prices may change at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time.
We are not liable for modifications, pricing changes, or discontinuation except where required by law.
7. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products are delivered electronically.
Once access is granted or download is made available, sales are final.
No refunds are provided for digital products unless required by UK or US consumer protection law.
8. PROFESSIONAL BEST FRIEND SERVICES
Booked sessions are non-refundable.
Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice.
Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Services are educational and personal development based only and do not constitute therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice.
9. USER CONDUCT & PROHIBITED USES
You may not use the website or Services to:
- Violate laws
- Infringe intellectual property
- Harass, abuse, defame, intimidate, or discriminate
- Upload malicious software
- Collect personal information of others
- Share paid content
- Misrepresent identity
Violation may result in termination without refund.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All website content, branding, membership content, digital materials, and product materials are owned by SciSavage Ltd or its licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, copy, or commercially exploit any content without written permission.
11. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted access
- Error-free services
- Specific personal or business results
- Medical or psychological outcomes
Hair oils and wellness products are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
Nothing provided constitutes medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
SciSavage Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data, revenue, or opportunity.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any liability that cannot be excluded under UK or US law
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SciSavage Ltd from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service.
14. FORCE MAJEURE
We are not liable for delays or failure due to events beyond reasonable control, including platform outages (Shopify, Bold, Stripe), infrastructure failures, natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or serious illness.
15. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION
Your personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.
16. SEVERABILITY
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain valid.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
For US customers, nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights under applicable state or federal law.
UK courts have exclusive jurisdiction unless otherwise required by law.
