Thank you for shopping with SCISAVAGE Ltd. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Dispatch Times

We aim to process and dispatch orders promptly.

  • UK Orders: Dispatched within 2–5 business days

  • International Orders: Dispatched within 3–7 business days

Dispatch times are estimates and may be extended during peak periods (including holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods).

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

2. Handmade Products

Most SCISAVAGE products are handmade. To maintain our quality standards, some orders may require an additional 1–3 business days before dispatch.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept this potential extension.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • UK: 1–3 business days (Royal Mail or trusted courier)

  • Europe: 5–10 business days (destination dependent)

  • Rest of World: 7–14 business days (destination dependent)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, local postal services, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Charges

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price.

  • Payment of such charges is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • SCISAVAGE Ltd has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

We are not responsible for customs delays.

If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid customs charges, no refund will be issued.

Customers are advised to check local import regulations before placing an order.

5. Free Shipping

  • Free UK Standard Shipping: Orders over £75

  • Free International Standard Shipping: Orders over £150

Free shipping applies to standard delivery services only and may exclude remote locations, oversized items, or special delivery services. We reserve the right to withdraw or amend free shipping offers at any time.

6. UK General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR)

From 13 December 2024, updated product safety regulations may affect shipments from the UK to EU countries.

Additional compliance checks or documentation requirements may result in customs delays for EU deliveries. While SCISAVAGE Ltd will take reasonable steps to comply with applicable regulations, customers are responsible for ensuring they understand import requirements within their own country.

7. Delivery Issues & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or delivery failures caused by:

  • Postal or courier disruptions

  • Customs processing

  • Weather events

  • Industrial action

  • Regulatory changes

  • Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
