In this movement meditation, we are guided by Air as a symbol that connects with different aspects of our human experience, from emotional to connection. This is a great starter for those new to active meditations.
The focus is heavily on flowing with our breathe, and finding freedom and expansion as we do so. This meditation is a little longer than usual, allowing us more space and time to find our flow.
This active meditation is also good for mental clarity and thoughts—allowing greater fluidity in thinking—letting our thoughts and movements come and go.

Meditation Flow
This 16 minutes meditation begins with an introduction of the Fire element and how this translates to dance movements. The meditation officially begins with breathework, followed by a guided flow with the opportunity to practice dancing as one with Fire. As with every meditation, Reena ends with 3 actions that you can take to continue to deepen your connection with the Water element and integrate this into your physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.
